Eggleston takes pride in the care we provide the people we serve.  Our belief is that as a person gains valuable knowledge in a particular field, they can better perform his or her every day tasks.  Therefore, we are very excited that Eggleston now has a Direct Support Professionals Credentialing Program.   Utilizing the credentialing system put in place by the National Alliance for Direct Support Professionals (NADSP), we are confident that our DSPs will enrich their knowledge of what it takes to be a great Direct Support Professionals, but also, through their great work, enhance the services we provide in helping people with disabilities.

This program creates a career ladder for DSPs through Eggleston.  Not only will DSPs have the ability to become credentialed at no cost to them (the program is 100% Eggleston paid), but there will also be enhanced pay incentives associated with higher levels of credentialing!

So, are you a DSP looking to get more information about the program?  Below is some very helpful information to get you started:

First, fill out the following application and turn into Human Resources:

Human Resources would need to receive all reference letters and a filled out application prior to any acceptance into the program.  If you are accepted into the program, HR will send you an acceptance letter that looks similar to this:

As you can see by the letter, you then go through a step by step process in order to become credentialed.
